It is a blend of ground spices common in North Indian and other South Asian cuisines. It is used alone or with other seasonings. An ideal blend of Salt, Fennel, Fenugreek seeds, Chillies, Turmeric, Nigella, Dry mango powder, Black pepper, Cumin, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg, Mace and many more spices were added.
