The item delivered are perishable and the 4hrs wait period is elapsed post-delivery.
The item delivered are nonperishable and 12hrs wait period is elapsed post-delivery.
Either item described for return are not matching with the delivery list or the ordered list.
The supported evidence is failed to address the reason of return.
AM I WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURN? CAN IT BE WAIVED OFF?
If your return requests are significantly higher than most customers, a return fee will apply to your order. In case of an issue with the item, you can choose to exchange or replace it instead of returning it to avoid these fees. For more details, you can write a mail to admin@zestyvibe.com. Please note return fees cannot be waived off.

Refund Policy
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return any of your purchase, you can do it at the same time when the product is delivered to you and we will be happy to take the product back and hand over the balance amount or credit the balance in your account. For COD case, you only need to pay for what you take. For online payment cases, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF REFUND AVAILABLE AFTER CANCELLATION?
The different modes of refund available are:
UPI (Amount less than Rs 1000) – Refund will be processed to the UPI account for which UPI ID has to be shared
Bank account (IMPS/NEFT) – Refund will be processed to bank account for which bank details have to be shared
Back to source – Refund will be processed to the payment mode(Debit/Credit card, NEFT, UPI) used to pay for the order
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@zestyvibe.com.
PERRISHABLE FOOD ITEMS (VEGETABLES & FRUITS):
If you have any complaints on received F & V items, you can claim for the refund within four (4) hours from the time of delivery. You need to write a mail to support@zestyvibe.com along with the details of order number and details of the items and your feedback on the same. We will take immediate action and we ensure that you will receive the feedback within twenty – four (24) hours.
If you have any complaints on received G, P, M, & C items, you can claim the refund within twelve (12) hours from the time of delivery.
