Indian cuisine has a history of more than 5000 years. Due to varied nature, geographical locations, climate, spices, herbs, culture, tradition, likes, soil and other factors, the Indian cuisine has great and unimaginable diversity.
Black ORGANIC Jaggery Tea is a rejuvenating, healthy, warming, monsoon season early morning drink. It’s a straightforward recipe, which I tried today morning.
For four members, I have taken six cups of regular drinking water in a non-stick pan. Put the pan on a medium gas flame and add 60 grams of Organic Jaggery.
It shall not take more than 10 minutes for the water to boil. After the first boil, add freshly grated ginger and also add two tablespoons of tea in the pan. Put the flame in the slow mode and allow the mixture to boil again for five minutes. Your Jaggery Black tea is ready for serving.
