Summer is a great time to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables. During May, June and July in India, some of the best produce to enjoy includes #Watermelon, #Muskmelon, #Lychee, #Cowpea, #Sesame, #Maize, #SweetPotato and #Bajra as well as leafy vegetables such as #Spinach, #Chard, #Broccoli, #SpringCabbage and #Kohlrabi. These fruits and vegetables are packed with nutrients that can help keep you healthy and energized during the hot summer months.

Watermelon is a delicious and refreshing fruit that is high in vitamins A and C. It also contains lycopene, an antioxidant. To get the most nutrition from watermelon, choose ripe fruit with a deep red color. You can enjoy watermelon on its own or add it to salads or smoothies. Watermelon is also a great source of hydration due to its high water content.

Muskmelon is another delicious summer fruit that is high in vitamins A and C. It also contains potassium and fiber. Choose ripe muskmelons that have a sweet fragrance and yield slightly when pressed. You can enjoy muskmelon on its own or add it to salads or smoothies. Muskmelon is also a good source of folate which is important for cell growth and development.
