Coriander – (Organically Grown)


Coriander is an annual herb also known as Chinese parsley or dhania, and in the USA the stems and leaves are usually called cilantro.
The fresh leaves are an ingredient in many foods, such as chutneys and salads, salsa, guacamole, and as a widely-used garnish for soup, fish and meat. Its seeds are described as warm, nutty, spicy, and orange-flavored and used in Indian spices widely.
The fresh leaves are rich in vitamin C, A and k whereas the seeds have a lower content of vitamins but significant amounts of dietary fiber, calcium, iron and magnesium.
