Whether registration is mandatory to order on Zesty Vibe? 

You can navigate and add products to the cart without registration. Even as a guest, you can place the order. However, we recommend you to register with us. Your account details and data are safe with us. Your information helps us to serve you better. 

Do you allow multiple registrations?

Our account is linked with unique email address and unique contact phone number provided along with the email address. Hence, it should comply with the condition as mentioned above. 

Can I have more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses. However, all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. In case, if you want different products offered to be delivered to a different address, you need to create separate orders for each delivery address. 

Can I have multiple accounts with the same mobile number and email id?

Zesty Vibe account is linked with a unique email address and a phone number. 

Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

Yes, considering the issues involved with the network, connection, situation in which you place the order, we have allowed multiple accounts with the same delivery address.  

Can I have different city addresses under one account and still place orders for multiple cities?

Yes, you can place orders for multiple cities. However, as of now we are serving in Pune only. We will keep adding other cities and will notify our users time to time.

After log in at zestyvibe.com, my account is the section where you can track your active orders as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

How do I reset my password?

On the Login page click on forgot password link and entered your email address. Please make sure that you have entered the same mail address while registering the account. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. You can change your password as per the mail instructions.
